The identity is ligature to history and the cultural patrimony. The cultural identity exists by the memory, by the capacity to recognize the past, with symbolic or referring elements that are to him own and that help to construct the future.
IFAT-LA and DIAyNOCHE have like main objective the diffusion and premiationn of the works that, by their artistic meaning and values through which they expressed his vision of the country and its cultural identity, contribute to enrich and to reaffirm the Latin American cultural identity and the Caribbean and also open a new space to harness the photographic creativity promoting and disclosing images contributed by all participants.
